1. System overview:

The training system to provide an industrial site with instrument and sensor training environment, compose

 of the training unit and practice two parts, training work table offers a variety of instrumentation, industrial 

power supply, and other practical circuit, etc. This training unit in the system is installed the sensor  

physical device ,combined with the training platform, to complete various sensors and related 

instrumentation application training. such as temperature, pressure, flow, displacement, switch etc. 

2. Technical index

2.1 Power part

(1) Adopts AC380V±10%,50Hz,three-phase five-wire input,capacity2KVA,the table-board adopt three-pole breaker with over-current protection and leakage protection(specification IΔn<30mA,<0.1S)

(2) Have power source, power supply indication, shell equipped with ground protection, the safety 

characteristic of emergency button, insulated pad conform with national standard.

(3) According to user requirement, training platform is equipped with power supply main control pan(cabinet),have indicator and power supply control button supplied power to the training platform(the configuration shall be purchased and added in the contrast specifications)

(4) The training platform provide AC220V,380V power socket and jump line socket, is controlled by breaker

 independently.

2.2 Signal source

(1) The training platform provide series DC power supply, ±5V,±12V,adjustable1.25~30V etc., capacity is 

750Ma,all power supply are independently equipped with control switches and indicators

(2) Training platform provide4~20mA current source, and is equipped with control switches and indicators

 Installs a intelligent digital display meter, Changhui intelligent digital display metes, can input DC

 voltage signal, DC current signal and thermocouple, thermal resistance of various kinds graduated  no., 

also has 24V feed output

 A DM-72 type multi-function timer counter tachometer

 A DC current display meter, input range0-200mA, three and a half bit

 A DC voltage display meter, input range0-20V, four and a half bit

 A four and a half bit DC voltmeter head, measuring range DC0~20V,have high display accuracy

 A three and a half bit DC ammeter head, measuring range DC0~20mA
